I've tried to make these pages a fun and informative spot for you all to visit. So, sit back and browse for awhile. If you can't find a topic you're interested in...let me know and I'll make every effort to add it for you.

Sue So what, pray tell, is a "Mom Thing"? OK, I'll give you an example. A "Mom Thing" is being so busy getting the kids ready for school, that you miss the morning news...and so busy with homework, dinner and bed time that you miss the 5:00 news...and so tired that you fall asleep before the 11:00 news even starts. In other words, since current events have little impact on your family's schedule, you probably don't have a clue about current events. At least I don't! So, in an effort to fix that problem I've included current news here for you...right on the front page so you can check it any time. Just click on the ticker if you see a story you want to read and then hit the back button on your browser when you are done.

This moon phase picture is updated every 3 or 4 minutes by the people at Moontribe and is accurate for Pacific Standard Time. They have a great site. Give them a visit. And, if you want to get really New Age and find out how the current phase of the moon can effect you, try checking out Moonphase. I can't say that I believe the phase of the moon has an impact on my life any more than does the position of the stars. But, you never know! A little extra insight never hurt anyone.

I'll bet you know where your children are...but do you know what day it is? Do you have a clue as to the date (only if you just paid the bills) or the time (only if it's lunchtime)? Yup, you guessed it, this is another "Mom Thing". As scheduled as our lives are, it's easy to loose track of the day or date. Are you like me? Do you remember it's trash day only when you hear the garbage truck out on the street? Here's a solution! I've added this clock, with the day and date so you'll always have a quick place to look.
