You had the idea; you found a home; and now your site is ready for the whole world to see. But, how do you entice visitors? I can tell you it's frustrating to work this hard and not have a visitor.

Now it's time for the "fun" (translated frustrating) stuff. It's time to actually start designing your pages. Play with the page designer that comes with your free site. See what you can do with it. You'll start to get an idea of what you really want. You may want to get an external web page builder. I use Web Page 4.0 published by MacMillan. It was inexpensive but it does all that I'm ready to tackle at this point and you'll have money left over to buy a good graphics package like Paint Shop Pro if you need one. (It'll be much easier to get exactly the look that you want!)

GRAPHICS! They will make or break your page. I'm not going to give a list here of all the "free graphics" sites on the net. They're everywhere. My favorites are "favorite" because they match my style...which isn't going to be the same as yours. But if you haven't found any yet, just search for "free" and then "graphics" within your results. The sites listed will keep you busy for hours. Just please remember to give credit where credit is due.

I LOVE THE CHANK STORE.! His fonts aren't free. . . but they are graphic. If you're in a funcky mood, you'll find something here to love.!

I like it too! It's called the Brady Bunch. It's sort of corny and cute, but it would sure work as a headline.

The Font Pool has lots of great fonts that you can download and use right away. Please note though, that The Font Pool has Freeware, Shareware and Charityware in it's collection; so be sure to read the fine print before you download.

Finally, you might want to visit "funny fonts". Like Chank and The Font Store they have some great headline fonts. I especially liked Amarzone and Space Woozies. What do you thinK?

I thought that Amazone was serious, delicate and pretty.

While Space Woozies is, well, sort of WOOZIE!
